PK68 Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights

By accessing, registering on, or using the pk68 platform – whether through a web browser, mobile browser, or any other means – you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and pk68. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms apply to all interactions with pk68, including account registration, making deposits, placing bets, participating in promotional offers, claiming bonuses, requesting withdrawals, and contacting pk68 support. They should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of your overall agreement with pk68.

To register and use pk68, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using an online gaming platform of this nature is not prohibited by local law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person, and you must be using your own funds for all deposits and bets placed on pk68.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or close family member of a pk68 employee or associated business partner.

pk68 takes age verification seriously. We reserve the right to request identity documentation from any account holder at any time to verify age and identity. Where verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, pk68 may restrict or suspend the account until verification is resolved. Winnings generated by an account that cannot be verified may be withheld pending completion of the verification process.

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on pk68. Multiple accounts registered by the same person – whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods – are a direct breach of these Terms. pk68 uses automated and manual processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pk68 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances or bonus credits held within them.

When registering your pk68 account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, a valid mobile number, and date of birth. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. If your contact details change, you must update your account information promptly.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk68 account password. pk68 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your login credentials secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact pk68 support immediately via live chat at support@pk68.xyz.

• Account sharing is prohibited. Your pk68 account is personal to you and may not be used by any other person.
• You must not allow others to fund your account or place bets on your behalf using your account credentials.
• pk68 reserves the right to carry out identity and payment verification checks on any account at any time.

All financial transactions on pk68 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk68 accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit specified by pk68, though your payment provider may impose its own transaction limits.

Deposits on pk68 are processed in real time or near-real time depending on the payment method used. pk68 does not charge a fee on standard deposits, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges, which are outside pk68's control.

• You may only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name. pk68 will not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• If pk68 receives a deposit from a payment method not previously used on your account, additional verification may be required before the funds are made available for wagering.
• Deposits made to pk68 are not eligible for interest at any time.
• pk68 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that appears fraudulent, connected to criminal activity, or in breach of these Terms.

pk68 aims to process all withdrawal requests within five minutes of approval. Withdrawals are paid in PKR to a payment method registered in your name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. pk68 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own processing charges.

Before your first withdrawal, and where pk68 deems it necessary for any subsequent withdrawal, you may be required to complete identity verification. This typically involves confirming your CNIC number and may require documentary evidence. Verification is required by pk68 to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations and to ensure the security of your account.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your pk68 account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• If you have an active bonus on your account, you must complete the associated wagering requirement before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Your real-money deposit is always withdrawable at any time, regardless of bonus status.
• pk68 reserves the right to delay processing a withdrawal while verification is completed. This typically takes no longer than 24 hours. We will notify you if additional documentation is required.
• In cases where pk68 suspects fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms, a withdrawal may be suspended pending investigation. pk68 will communicate transparently about the reason for any delay.

pk68 offers a range of promotions including the welcome deposit bonus, weekly reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and the pk68 VIP programme. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including qualifying deposit amounts, wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry windows. These specific terms are published on the Promotions page for each individual offer and should be read carefully before opting in.

The following general bonus rules apply across all pk68 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have met the qualifying conditions stated on each promotion. Unless otherwise specified, bonuses are available once per player per promotional period.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonus balances and any winnings generated solely from bonus funds that remain uncompleted at expiry will be forfeited.
• pk68 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn while you have an active bonus, your existing bonus will be honoured under the terms that applied at the time it was credited.
• Bonus abuse – including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, collusion between players to complete wagering requirements artificially, or placing opposing bets to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay – will result in forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Free bets and free spins winnings are subject to the wagering requirements stated on each promotion. Where no specific requirement is stated, free bet and free spin winnings are withdrawable immediately.

All bets and game outcomes on pk68 are final once confirmed. Sports bets are settled in accordance with the rules of the relevant sport and the settlement terms published in the sports betting section of the platform. In cases of obvious error in odds or game parameters – such as a manifestly incorrect price that no reasonable player would expect – pk68 reserves the right to void the relevant bet and return the stake.

• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed at the time of placing each bet or entering each game.
• pk68 reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any individual bet or combination of bets. Where a payout limit applies, it is displayed in the relevant market or game before you confirm your stake.
• All casino and slot games on pk68 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited for fairness. Live dealer games use physical equipment operated by trained professional dealers, with all sessions recorded.
• pk68 does not guarantee the availability of any specific game or betting market. Games may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons.
• In the event of a system error or technical fault during a game session, the round will be voided and stakes returned to your balance. pk68's decision in such matters is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk68 and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering or operating more than one pk68 account.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account details to access pk68 or fund an account.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the pk68 platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets, complete wagering requirements, or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, betting odds, or bonus clearing strategies.
• Using pk68 for money laundering, fraud, or any activity connected to criminal proceeds.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the pk68 platform, its software, or its intellectual property.
• Chargebacks: initiating a payment chargeback with your bank or payment provider for funds that have been legitimately wagered on pk68. Where pk68 incurs costs as a result of a fraudulent chargeback, we reserve the right to recover those costs from your account balance.

pk68 takes responsible gaming seriously. We provide a range of tools to help players stay in control of their gaming activity, all of which are accessible directly from your account settings without requiring you to contact support. These include deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time limits, cooling-off periods, and full self-exclusion.

If you set a deposit limit, session limit, or cooling-off period on your account, pk68 will enforce it immediately. A request to reduce a limit takes effect immediately. A request to increase a limit or remove a restriction is subject to a cooling-off period before it takes effect, in line with responsible gaming best practice.

• Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the period selected. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your pk68 account, place bets, or receive promotional communications from pk68.
• If you are experiencing difficulties with your gaming habits, pk68 encourages you to read our Responsible Gaming page and use the self-assessment tools available there.
• pk68 operates an internal monitoring system. Where unusual patterns of play are identified that may suggest problem gaming behaviour, our responsible gaming team may contact the player proactively to offer guidance or suggest a break.

pk68 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached. In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity, pk68 may be required to report the matter to relevant authorities and may hold account funds pending investigation.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, pk68 will communicate with the account holder through their registered contact details. In most cases, accounts suspended for technical or compliance checks are resolved within 48 hours. Where a longer investigation is required, we will keep the player informed of the timeline.

• Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining after deducting investigation costs, reversed bonuses, and fraudulently obtained winnings will be returned to the payment method used for deposits.
• You may also request to close your own pk68 account at any time by contacting support. Your real-money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal timeframe.

pk68 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on pk68, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy. pk68 does not sell your personal data to third parties.

pk68 uses your data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and communicate with you about your account and relevant promotions. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk68's liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform shall be limited to the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises. pk68 shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental losses including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment.

pk68 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available at all times, but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. pk68 is not liable for losses incurred as a direct result of platform unavailability caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, or force majeure events.

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising from your use of pk68, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. pk68 operates under its applicable regulatory framework. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through pk68's internal complaints procedure will be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution process as specified in the complaints handling section of the pk68 Help Centre.

pk68's internal complaints procedure is the first port of call for any player dispute. To raise a formal complaint, contact support@pk68.xyz with your account details and a clear description of the issue. pk68 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 7 business days.

pk68 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material – meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player – pk68 will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or via an in-platform notification. The notification will specify the effective date of the revised Terms.

If you continue to use pk68 after the effective date of any revised Terms, you will be deemed to have accepted the updated Terms. If you do not accept revised Terms, you should close your account before the effective date and withdraw your balance. The current version of these Terms is always available on this page with the date of last update displayed at the top.
